★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トンネルの手前にある八丁峠に行く林道は、ただ今工事の真っ盛りですが、崩壊が凄い状況なので工期かかりそうです。
The forest road leading to Hatcho Pass in front of the tunnel is currently in the middle of construction, but it seems that it will take a long time because the collapse is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八丁トンネル登山口に行こうとしたら通行止めでした。夜だったので国道２９９号ではシカ二回、イノシン一回遭遇
しました。すぐに止まれる速度での通行をオススメします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上野村のHP では、志賀坂トンネルは道路改良工事のため全面通行止めで、土坂峠を迂回してとある。(なんで上野村？)
道路交通情報センターの地図には、そんな情報はない。
どこを調べたらいいの？
ということで問い合わせ。
20211004-1210 通行止めだそうです。
今はまだ通れる。

According to the Ueno Village website, the Shigasaka tunnel is completely closed due to road improvement work, bypassing the Tsuchisaka pass. (Why Ueno Village?)
There is no such information on the map of the Road Traffic Information Center.

国道299号線の群馬県神流町と埼玉県小鹿野町の区間にある峠です。
峠なのでカーブやヘアピン等はありますが国道に指定されてる分他の峠よりはわりと走りやすいです。
春に通った時には所々桜が咲いていて綺麗でした。
あと、カモシカにも遭遇することが出来ました。笑

It is a pass in the section of Kanna Town, Gunma Prefecture and Ogano Town, Saitama Prefecture on Route 299.
Since it is a pass, there are curves and hairpins, but it is easier to drive than other passes because it is designated as a national highway.
When I went to spring, the cherry blossoms were blooming here and there and it was beautiful.
Also, I was able to encounter an antelope. Lol

2021/9には復旧工事が始まっていました。土木事務所の情報では、2022春には全線開通見込みの様です
As of November 2020, the "Kanayama Shigasaka Line" was closed to traffic. For a while, I have given up on climbing Mt. Ryokami from this route.
Restoration work had begun on 2021/9. According to the information from the civil engineering office, the entire line is expected to open in the spring of 2022.

金山志賀坂林道はまだ通行止めでした。トンネルの埼玉県側からすぐに崩落地点が見えます。こりゃー無理ですね。
