★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この会社ほど品質の悪いサービスを行う管理会社は初めてです。
こちらの営業所が管理している物件に住んでいますが、電話受付を行っておらず、サポートセンター経由で連絡する必要があります。
サポートセンターから営業所に情報が行くのが後日なので、緊急の対応などは全くしてくれません。
また、サポートセンター経由で連絡し、折り返し連絡をお願いしても、まず返ってきません。
１回問い合わせしただけでは放置されるので、数回問い合わせを繰り返すことでようやく動いてくれるようになります。
しかも、対応の遅さに対する謝罪は一切ありません。
この会社が管理する物件は全くオススメしません。
This is the first management company that offers services as poor as this one.
I live in a property managed by this sales office, but I do not accept phone calls and need to contact me via the support center.
Information will be sent from the support center to the sales office at a later date, so no emergency response will be provided.
Also, even if I contact you via the support center and ask for a call back, it will not be returned.
If you make an inquiry only once, it will be left unattended, so if you repeat the inquiry several times, it will finally work.
Moreover, there is no apology for the slow response.
We do not recommend properties managed by this company at all.
