 Mobile phone communication cost reduction strategy! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タイミング良く声を掛けてもらい、また気持ちの良い対応で、安心して予約できました。ただ、売り場でしばらく待たされたのが気になりました。そのまま受付で手続きする方が良いと思いました。この店はいつも丁寧な対応で好感が持てます。
I was able to make a reservation with peace of mind because I was asked to speak at the right time and the response was pleasant. However, I was worried that I had to wait for a while at the sales floor. I thought it would be better to go through the procedure at the reception as it is. This shop is always polite and I like it.

運良くiphone12 64gbのパープルが1台ありまして一括での価格を権太坂店で聞いてきた旨をお伝えしてからが早かった。30分で終了。ありがとうございました。また相談させてください宜しくお願いします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 掃除機売り場で主人と待ちあわせで少し早く着いた為パナソニックを探しながらプラプラしてた所女性の店員さんが声を掛けてくれました。最近こちらからお願いしないと接客してくれない中とても感じの良い対応して頂きました。良いものが購入出来ました。
A female clerk called out to me when I was looking for Panasonic because I arrived a little early in a meeting with my husband at the vacuum cleaner department. Recently, I had to ask from here to serve customers, but I received a very pleasant response. I was able to purchase a good one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 掃除機を買いに行ったのですが、その日決められなく、名刺を貰い明くる日に行きました。12月25日に行きました。そして名刺を出しましたが。その人は、忙しかったらしく違う人で、頼りないひとでした、それだし手際が悪く、もたもたしていました。商品も一ヶ月後だと言うので最悪でした。でも今コロナだからしかたないかとおもいましたが、家に帰ったらノジマなんか品揃えが少ないないからだめだと、言われてしまいました。横浜の方へ行くのもまた感染症が流行っているのでノジマしたのです。最初に名刺を貰った人は、とても感じが良かったのですけれどね。

The person was a different person who seemed to be busy, and he was an unreliable person, but he was clumsy and sluggish. It was the worst because the product was said to be one month later. However, I thought that it was only possible because it was Corona now, but when I got home, I was told that it was useless because there was not a small selection of Nojima. Going to Yokohama was also a nojima because of the prevalence of infectious diseases. The person who got the business card first felt very good, though.

電子レンジを買い換えて、ついでに不要なテレビの引き取りが出来るか聞いたところ「電子レンジの配送時に引き取る場合はリサイクル料と別途運搬費が掛かる」「持ち込みであればリサイクル料のみ」との事。レンジも在庫があったので配送ではなく持ち帰り、後日レンジとテレビを持って来ることにしました。その際に再度、「レンジは無料(リサイクル料も不要)、テレビはリサイクル料のみ」と確認。
改めてレンジとテレビを持っていくと「テレビは持ち込みでもリサイクル料以外に運搬費がかかる」と言われた。納得いかず配送と持ち込みで何が違うのか聞いたが、結局どちらも異なる運搬費がかかるらしい。その際の店員の言い訳が
「理解せずに確認してしまい誤解していた。」というよくわからないもので更に怒りが増した。もう二度と買わない。
どうせ、このレビューの回答も他の星1同様のテンプレートなんだろうな。改善する気なさすぎ。

I wasn't convinced and asked what was the difference between delivery and bringing in, but in the end it seems that both will cost different transportation costs. The excuse of the clerk at that time
I was even more angry because I didn't understand what I was saying, "I checked it without understanding it and misunderstood it." I will never buy it again.
Anyway, the answer to this review is probably the same template as other Star 1. I don't feel like improving.
