l	lululululul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が粗雑でひどいです。借りた賃貸はいいところですがこの管理会社のために度々うんざりしています…。引っ越し月には不動産に敷礼金と初月の家賃を振り込んだにも関わらず、管理会社の手違いで初月の家賃が重複して請求されました。もちろん後から返金されましたが、しなくていい手続きをするはめになりました。また、担当者が建物構造を把握していません。近くにお住まいの方とちょっとしたトラブルがあったのですが、当方の部屋との位置関係を確認しないまま連絡したようで、全く関係ないお宅に電話していました。その旨を伝え、できれば謝罪しておいてくださいとも言いましたが、果たして電話したかは怪しいと思わざるをえないような管理会社です。 The response is crude and terrible. n	na na on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東戸塚付近で賃貸物件を探すために訪問しました。受付に出た女性は愛想なくこちらの用件を面倒そうに聞いた後、裏の事務所へ。少しして戻ってくると、現在営業が出払っていて対応ができない、この用紙に要望を記入して、後日営業から連絡させると言われました。その用紙に、希望物件、個人情報を書き込み渡すとまた裏の事務所へ戻って行きました。1枚の物件情報を持ってきて、「現在はこの物件しかありません」とのこと。もうお引き取りくださいと言わんばかりに。こちらは個人情報も書いて渡していましたし、営業の方と直接話して色々提案して欲しかったので、後日また営業の方から連絡してもらう約束をしてお店を後にしました。しかし数週間経っても連絡はありません。物件は別のところで決めましたが、こちらの不動産屋の対応には呆れました。連絡してこないなら個人情報聞かないでほしいです。こちらをみて口コミが悪かったのは知っていての訪問でしたが、本当に悪かったです。 I visited to find a rental property near Higashi Totsuka.
