★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一時期お世話になっておりましたが、住宅不備に対する対応の遅さ(換気扇、洗面台の不具合について連絡後4年経ち結局退去まで待ちましたが修理してもらえませんでした)、kさんと言う年輩女性の電話対応の悪さ等がとても目立ちます。また退去後の敷金についても2週間以内に連絡すると聞いて5年経ちますが未だに連絡頂いていません。
会社として存続できている理由が分からないほどの店です。
住んだ後に後悔しても遅いので此処で契約されるより他の大手をオススメします。
