カウンターとテーブル席もあり、整備されたお庭も見えこれぞ高山と思える雰囲気があります。
ラーメンは是非食べて下さい。おいしいです。
味の感想はそれぞれですのでコメントしませんが、スープまで飲み干しました。

見た目はあっさり。優しい味付けかと思いきや、お出汁がしっかりしていて、ご飯にも合うラーメンでした。
I ordered a set of ramen and rice for 850 yen.
It looks light. I thought it was a gentle seasoning, but the soup stock was solid and it was a ramen that goes well with rice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年初めてコチラのお店を訪れて、また食べたくなる味だったので今年も再び来てしまいました。
基本ベースの高山ラーメンとヒダ牛すじ煮をいただきました。高山ラーメンは細縮れ麺でスープはさっぱり系。
素朴な味がして私はとても好きです。
ヒダ牛すじ煮はとても柔らかくて美味しかったです。
また来年もこれは食べないといかんなぁ、と思える味でした。
I visited a shop here for the first time last year, and I wanted to eat it again, so I came again this year.
We had Takayama Ramen and Hida beef stew based on the basics. Takayama Ramen is a shrunk noodle and the soup is refreshing.
I like the rustic taste and I like it very much.
Hida beef stew was very soft and delicious.
Also, I thought that I would not eat this again next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 息子の紹介で高山ら-めんを食べに行きました。色々名所で食べていましたが、此処が一番美味しかったです。店主も柔らかい対応でよかったです。
Takayama et al.-I went to eat noodles with my son's introduction. I ate at various famous places, but this one was the most delicious. It was good that the shop owner was also soft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中華そばセットを食べました。裏路地で静かな所にあるので落ち着きます。中華そばも薄味であっさりしてました。
I ate a Chinese noodle set. It's a quiet place in the back alley, so it's calm. Chinese soba was also light and light.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 良。看板には大きく高山ラーメンの文字が書かれていますが、我々観光客が思い描く高山ラーメンのスープとは違うしメニュー表記も中華そばではなく高山ラーメンですが、スープが染みた細く縮れ麺にばら肉チャーシューに刻み長葱なのでやはり高山ラーメンなんですね。
スープもチャーシューも共に色が薄くあたりは軟らかいけど白だしなのか確り味があるし、葱も効いているので美味しく頂けました。
ただこちらは内装からして本業は居酒屋で昼はラーメンを提供している感じです。
ラーメンついでに”ふきの旨煮”を注文しましたがほろ苦さを内包したとても美味しく間違いなく酒が進む料理でした。
厳。ラーメン関連のメニューは作り直した方が良いかと。どんな料理か殆ど伝わらないどころか絵面が汚く見えます、、、

I ordered "boiled butterbur" along with the ramen, but it was a very delicious dish with a bittersweet taste, and the sake definitely went on.
Strict. Should I remake the ramen-related menu? Far from being able to tell what kind of food it is, the picture looks dirty ...
