★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the noisiest park in Japan. The theater next door seems to be used for practicing rock bands, which crank up the volume inversely proportional to their musical competence.
I am sitting at least 150m from the theater and the noise is making my ears ring.
Maybe it is just this weekend, but it goes on all day.
On the other hand the park is pleasant with people playing games and collecting dog poop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for a picnic when the weather is great and there is a kid friendly playground. 8f there is a concert at the theatre which is close by, you can relax and enjoy the music as you picnic.
