Tomiya - Uwajima

In December 2017, we moved here from Ekimae-dori. Although it was a location condition that was not conspicuous, the newly refurbished store has become more fashionable and clean because it is more luxurious than the dining room of the previous Ekimae-dori store. The taste and politeness of the essential dishes are inherited as they were when they were in front of the station. The sea bream set meal, Satsuma set meal, tempura set meal, pork and set meal can be said to be a high price setting for lunch of salaried workers, but the small bowls are also substantial and the cospa and taste are perfect for dinner. The sea bream set meal is perfect for the freshness of the sea bream, the taste of the soup stock, and the quality of the white rice. Satsuma, which is a set meal of Satsuma, has a mild taste of miso, and it is a perfect dish with plenty of fish. Both are tastes and quality that can be confidently introduced as local cuisine. The single-item menu is as good or better than a general izakaya, and I think it's a cheap category considering the luxury of the restaurant. It is a shop that can be recommended to those who come for sightseeing. ****The following article before relocation **** It's more like a "dining room" than a Japanese restaurant or a local restaurant that looks like a restaurant. But the food is polite, chitinous and delicious. Cospa is also good. As expected, it is a slightly sweet seasoning that is typical of Uwajima, a local shop that has been done for a long time. You can think of this as Uwajima taste. The sea bream of the "Taimeshi Set Meal" is small and easy to eat, but the freshness is outstanding and the quality of sashimi is quite good.

The tamemeshi here was the most delicious. Boiled sea bream is also excellently seasoned I really don't have enough rice.

I was invited the other day to go to Uwajima! I went for a drive and Jakoten purpose, but after all I had local food for lunch! By saying that, go to "Tomiya Restaurant" It was my first experience because I had never eaten Uwajima sea bream because of the habit of living in Ehime, but the sea bream was fresh and pre-prepared and had no odor, and the simmered small bowl was very tasty. I ordered Kushikatsu separately, but it was crispy and delicious. I went there for the first time, but it was a hit shop! I also bought Jakoten at two stores, "Yakushiji Kamaboko" and "Nonaka Kamaboko". Both were delicious! When I go to Uwajima, I would like to visit another place.

I went for dinner because it was near the hotel where I stayed while traveling alone along the Shikoku Sea! It was a weekday night, so the customers could eat quietly around here and there (* ´∀ ｀) The first thing I ordered was "Jakoten" It came out right away and it was really delicious to accompany the beer ♪ After all it was a dish that I thought would be Jakoten when I came to Uwajima ♪ Then, "Tameshi set meal" Take the sashimi of sea bream with soup stock and raw eggs and serve hot rice. The refreshingly delicious sea bream sashimi and rich soup stock were entwined with the rice and it was really delicious! You can eat as many cups as you like (^ q ^) "Jakoten" and "Fuwaten" of oden from I've never eaten Jakoten oden, but it goes well with the soup stock of oden ~ ♪ And fluffy ... what is it? !! ... I could only think of Fu ◯ -chan, but ... a bitter smile When I asked the shop staff, they said, "It's like between Jakoten and Hanpen," and I'm convinced! The taste is Jakoten flavor and the texture is really fluffy! Really fluffy! Lol If I wasn't full, I wanted to eat a few more (〃∇〃) I also want to go eat with a lot of "fluffy heaven" ♪

I visited for the first time! I've been looking for various places because I've been wanting to eat the dance of white fish for the last 10 years, but I haven't. No way, there is something that is limited to spring here ...! I am very happy to eat the long-awaited dance and eating of white fish ❤ It was very delicious ?
