電話した時の対応の女性が何か刺々しくて、めっちゃ気分を害しました。 それに、ここの会社に用事で行った際に手続きが終わるまで待っていた時も、そうでした。
社内に居た事務？ の女性の方が電話口で何か怒ってて、世間でいう怖い人が言うようなしゃべり方をしてたので、驚いたのと呆れました。
対応してくださった方は普通でしたが、電話でしゃべっていた女性は酷かったです。

水漏れがあったとき、電話で対応して頂きましたが、後日無料で蛇口の交換を行っていただけました。
電話口での対応もスムーズで、安心して生活することができます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ やばいです、ここの管理会社。終わってます。マンションの給水のパイプと配管が故障しているのにも関わらず、早急に対処してもらえませんでした。信じられない。結局、唐突に蛇口から水が全く出ない状態が続きました。夏場なので本気で焦りました。普段、外部の評判は気にしているせいか、ゴミ問題に関してはうるさい。評判気にしてんだったら、まずは入居者のことを考えて管理して下さい。まともな生活を送りたい方は、絶対にここが管理している物件には住んではいけません！何か起こってもちゃんとした対処はしてもらえませんよ。もう耐えられなくなってきたので、他の会社が管理している物件に引越しを検討中です。

まず最初に対応してくださった女性は声のトーン低いし怒ってるのかと思った。しかもマンション名と名前早く教えろ的なニュアンスで質問するのやめて欲しい。
で、その後来てくれた担当の者とやらは男の人でした。これは、まあひどいね
備え付けの電気が壊れて、わんちゃんなんか対応してくれるかなっていう気軽な気持ちで電話したのに、
「まーそもそも、備え付けでは無いですしー、まー普通はお客様がご自分で蛍光灯を変えるものなんですー、」
「お客様〜わかります？」
いや、そりゃ蛍光灯は、変えりゃ光るやろな笑
知ってるは、そんなん
わんちゃん対応してくれたらありがたいなぐらいで電話したのになんやそれ
2度と利用することはないでしょう
まー朝から怒っててもしょうがないのでね、本心を軽く呟いて今日もがんばるか笑

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前住んでいたマンションでの騒音や嫌がらせについて、担当の男性に電話で相談しましたが対応していただけず最終的に見下したような態度をとられ仕方なく引っ越しました。
今度は違う管理会社を選んで安心していたのに、引っ越して１年程でなぜか管理会社が共同管理に代わり。
それまできちんと業者が清掃していた共同スペースはたまに来るおじさんがさっと掃いて終わり。なので汚れが目立ち夏場はとくに廊下等汚いです(虫の死骸や砂埃放置)
現在深夜の騒音に悩んでいますが過去の対応が本当にひどかったため相談できず困っています。
