その後の対応も杜撰すぎます。

部屋に対して基準に満たない設備を平気で入れています。
また、電話での対応も確認して折り返すと言っておきながら一週間近く連絡が無いなど非常に誠意に欠けます。
さらに違う部屋のダイヤル式ポストの暗証番号を教えてくるなど情報管理すらまともに出来てません。
利用は避けた方がいいです。

The facilities which do not meet the standard are put in the room.
In addition, it is very lacking in sincerity that there is no contact for nearly a week while checking the response over the telephone and turning it back.
Furthermore, information management, such as providing a PIN code for a dial-up post in a different room, is not possible.
You should avoid using it.

入居したての冷蔵庫は使用できず、交換になったのですが、色々連絡が取れず、結果、交換までに1ヵ月以上かかりました。
また、同じ理由で、IHコンロが使用できず、交換すると連絡を受けてから、一切の手続きも連絡もなく、すでに入居してから、３ヵ月になろうとしています。
何時になったら、自炊が出来るようになるのか。
管理費を徴収しながら、この対応は、いい加減すぎます。

I couldn't use the refrigerator I had just moved in, so I had to replace it, but I couldn't get in touch with various people, and as a result, it took more than a month to replace it.
Also, for the same reason, IH stove cannot be used, and when I exchange it, I have been informed that there is no procedure or contact, and it is about 3 months since I moved in.
What time will I be able to cook for myself?
This response is too modest, while collecting management fees.

There is a car parked at the entrance of the parking lot of the condominium, so when I complained, there was no response. I'm not responsible for hurt each other, even though I said it over and over ... Seriously the worst ?⤵️⤵️
