いつも鰹節はここで購入していて11月23日に来店したところ、店員さんが商品説明に近寄って来てたのはいいですが、強い柔軟剤の匂い。
鰹節を購入してから使っている柔軟剤をうかがってマイクロカプセルが使われているものだったので、衣類からカプセルが飛散して食材や店内に付着して食品移香しますよと言ったら、お気に入りの柔軟剤で気に障ったのか、もういいです、を何回も言われて終了。
もう一方おられたので野ざらしの物に移香しますよ？と言ったら、豆は洗って使うものだから、との返答。言葉を失い退店。
この柔軟剤。香りの目安は企業内で最も強い。
