★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 愛車の修理で初めて予約を入れようとしたら、推定50～60歳代の男性が電話に出て、「電話じゃわからねえよ」と面倒くさげに言われた。確かに、電話では説明しきれないだろうが、客商売なのだからもっと応対の仕方があろう。「感じ悪う～」と強く感じたため、別の修理屋に行った。こうやって、これまで客を逃がしてきたんだろうねえ。
When I tried to make a reservation for the first time to repair my car, an estimated man in his 50s and 60s answered the phone and was annoyed by saying, "I don't know by phone." Sure, I can't explain it over the phone, but since it's a customer business, there's a better way to deal with it. I strongly felt "I feel bad", so I went to another repair shop. I wonder if I've let customers escape in this way.
