当日予約だったので、エレメント交換は諦めていたのですが、部品があるらしく併せてお願いできました！
またオイルの説明も、金額が少ししか違わなくてより良いオイルがあると教えてくれたので、これから夏本番&出不精でなかなかオイル交換しに行く手間が…←最低
なので、良いオイルの方でお願いしました。
待ち時間の間に店内を回遊していたら、
タイヤのキャンペーンのお知らせや、大体の見積もりを出してくれたりと、大きいショップではあまりしてくれないようなサービスと、押し付けがましくない接客対応に好感がもてました！
サービスの方も、気になる所&気にしておいてほしい所をを一つ一つ教えてくれて、最後までキャップやパーツの絞め忘れがないか見てくれていたので、安心感がありました。
また是非利用させていただきたいと思います(*^^*)

The service staff also told me what I was interested in and what I wanted to keep in mind, and watched me until the end to see if I had forgotten to squeeze the caps and parts, so I was relieved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここで車検を受けましたが、びっくりするくらい対応悪かったです。
最初に予約した日が都合が悪くなったので、電話で変更をお願いしていたのですが、いざ変更した日に行ってみると、店員にそんなの聞いてないぞ的な態度を取られました。
一応、その日に対応してもらえましたが、そもそも店側の落ち度なのに、こちらの都合で変更したみたいな扱いをされてイラつきました。普通の店なら謝罪するべきですがね。
他にも、私が用紙に必要事項を記入し終えて、ペンを手渡ししたら投げる店員もいましたし、車検の明細もざっくり書きすぎて何を点検したのか分からないし、全体的に終わってました。
安かろう悪かろうとは、このことですね。

でも、ドローン販売スペースって必要なのかな？
あんまり「オートバックス」行ってドローン買おう！ってならないイメージだけどな…
専門品は専門店に任せて、そのスペースを他の物に変えた方がいいような気もしたりしなかったり…
