★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整備のレベルがアルバイト以下かと思うほど低い。
オイル交換もマニュアルの規定量(5.2L指定)を超えて(5.5L)入れてました。
ローテーションの際もトルクを115Nで指定(マニュアル指定は120N)したのに150Nのオーバートルクで締めて整備が滅茶苦茶でした。
命に関わるホイールボルトの管理も出来ないようでは安心して預けられません。
何かあった際にはオートバックスと言う会社として責任取れますか？と言うのが感想です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中年女性スタッフはいつ行っても感じが悪いです。声が小さく聞こえないし、一度も客の顔を見ることはありません。何を相手に仕事をしているのでしょうか。その他の男性スタッフはにこやかに対応して下さいますし、若い女性のスタッフも一生懸命やっているように見えます。中年女性がいなければ星5です。
Middle-aged female staff feels bad whenever they go. I can't hear my voice quietly, and I never see the customer's face. What are you working with? The other male staff are smiling and the young female staff seem to be working hard. If there is no middle-aged woman, it will be 5 stars.

代車が必要かどうかをチェックボックスかなにかで表示出来ないものでしょうかね？
「備考欄に記入して下さい」の文字が分かりづらく、代車の申し込みが出来ませんでした。

またコックピットの方の作業終了予想時間が、全くその時刻に終わりまして、大変感心しました。
待合スペースは快適で、ココアを飲みながら書類もよくスムーズに出来ました。
待ち時間は心地よい時間となりました。

車をぶつけてしまったので急いで入店しました。
タイヤハウスのリベットを間違えて購入し、
車に取り付けると外れなくなってしまったのですが、ピットサービスの方が新しいリベットと交換対応をしてくださいました。
とても丁寧に対応して頂けて嬉しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ これはこちらの店舗が悪いわけではないのでしょうが、家に届くDMの数量限定特価品がいつ行っても売り切れてます(笑)
なぜなら毎回金曜日からセールが始まるので普通に平日に仕事している人なら買えないのが原因です。
しかもその数量が5個とか10個とか少ないので金曜日の夕方に行っても絶対買えません?
セールの開催期間が1ヶ月以上あるのに、初日に売り切れてしまう数量限定特価品ってどうなんでしょうか？
