その後もワイパーゴム交換などすぐに部品を選んでくれるので助かります。

所々に置いてある商品説明の店頭告知紙面はきれいかつ細かに書いてあり読みやすい。
店員の接客については、わかりやすく簡潔かつわからないこちら側の気持ちを汲んで噛み砕いた説明をしてくれる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ETC の購入取り付けと、前照灯をLEDバルブ購入取り付けに行きました。
対応も早く、説明も分かり易く丁寧な説明頂き、安心してお任せ出来ました。
ETCも2.0の新基準に無事交換出来ました。
取り付け場所も、整備中変更になってましたが、専用取り付け部位があったそうで、そこに取り付けになってました。
整備士の方も、若手ですがクルマの引き渡しする間も一生懸命に分かり易く丁寧に説明してくれたのは、かなり良かったです。
3年前くらいに、某国分寺の他店舗では、ETCの取り付けをミスされて、再度来店することとなり、かなりな迷惑を被りました。
また、整備することが、あれば伺います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夏タイヤをホイール付きの冬用タイヤに交換するために利用しました。ホイール付きのタイヤに交換する際は2200円ですが、持込の場合は4400円になります。それでも安いんですが。
対応してくださった店員さんはとても丁寧でした。作業も早く待ち時間は店内をウロウロお買い物をしてました。また夏用タイヤに戻すときには利用したいと思います。
