受付からも説明も無く何時に来るか分からないとの返答。
大事な時間を無駄にしてしまった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 熱が高かったのでインフルエンザの検査をしに行きました。
まず受付の時に診察券をボックスに入れて待っててくださいと指示されたので従いましたが、後から来る人たちはその指示に従わず対応されるまで受付の前で立って待機していました。
結局5人ほどに抜かされたのか、自分に問診票が回ってくるのはとても遅かったです。
インフル感染の恐れがあるので、自分ひとりだけ別室へ隔離されました。
他の患者のためなので措置としては正しいと思いますが、別室にいる事を完全に忘れられたのか30分ほど待たされその後慌てて検査をされました。
検査は5分で結果が出ると聞かされたのに、更にその後20分ほど待たされました。
その後2分ほど診察がありましたが、血液検査のために更に待たされました。
開院した朝9時からいたのに、終わったのは11時。
2時間以上放置され、体調は悪化しました。
他の患者も態度が悪く、椅子の上に小さい荷物を置いて二人分の座席を占領する人達がたくさんいました。
そもそも椅子が少ないのが悪いんでしょうが...
良く言えば人気の病院ってとこでしょうか。
実はこの病院に来るのは3度目、毎回こんな感じです。
住んでるところから近いって理由で行きましたが、次から別の病院に行こうと思います。

Actually, this is my third visit to the hospital, and it looks like this every time.
I went there because I was close to where I live, but next time I will go to another hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日他の病院から転院して兄がどうしてあれだけ悪化したのか未だに納得いきません。
看護師さんの「透析うけてる患者が夜中に何回もオムツ交換をする！と言っているのを聞いて自分の兄の事だとわかりました。下痢が続いていても口のなかや唇はカサカサ、全然水分も与えて居ない。特定の看護師さんたちには良くしていただきましたが、結局状態悪化し、転院する時も医師は来ない。説明をして欲しいと頼んでいたはずなのに…2日後兄は他界しました。最後の看護師さんの説明は「院長の管轄外」それって何？だったら早い段階で他の病院へ転院させてくれてればあんなに苦しまずにまだ生きていたかも知れない
。全く納得がいかないまま他院で手を尽くしていただきました。

くれるけどそれに対しての反応や対応が
まるで興味ない感じというか適当な感じで
逆に情緒不安定になった。診察が終わったあと
泣いてしまった。二度と行きたくない。

前の院長はとても親しみやすく、何でも親身に相談に乗ってくれてましたが院長が変わってからは受付の人まで人が変わってしまったかのように融通が効かなくなってます。
定期的に病院で診察を受け、処方箋を発行していただかなければならない持病があります。
このまま病院に行きにくい状態が続くと薬切れの状態が多くなり健康的にも問題がありますので、他の病院に変えてもらいたいと思ってます。

ネット予約をしていたのですが、当日機器が改装中で検診できないと言われ、
翌週以降に無理な変更になりました。
断食・断水で行ったので、
また翌週それをやるのかとかなり嫌な気持ちになりました。
連絡は欲しかったです。
スムーズな検診とは中々いかず、病院にサービスは期待していないので普通かと思います。
システム導入しているのであれば、もう少し効率的に運用していただければと期待しております。
