T	T T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当に最低な対応をされた病院。他の方も口コミで記載されている通り、事務の対応があまりに酷すぎる。待ち時間を何回聞いてもまともな返事が返ってこず、 9時に外来で病院に来て平気で3時間待たされることが何回もあった。また別件でHPに記載されている受診条件に当てはまっていたので予約したい旨連絡をしたが、なにをどう聞いてもできませんの一点張りで本当に嫌な気持ちになった。怒りと呆れで本当に二度と使いたくない。これ以上他に被害にあわれる方が出ないように注意して頂きたい。 A hospital that was really the worst. I really don't want to use it again because of my anger and dismay. Please be careful not to let anyone else suffer any further damage.

Dr. Koide, who was a doctor and also had surgery, is a very good teacher who is very kind, friendly and has good skills. All the nurses are kind and kind and nice. 真	真夏（真夏） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 病棟や他がどうかはわかりませんが、救急外来は利用しない方がいいかと思います。 40度の発熱、炎症反応があんなに上がっているなら抗菌薬は普通のはずですがウイルス性ならいらないでしょ？と看護師　同職だからですかね？終始随分冷たいというか横暴に感じました。体調が悪い人間でないと救急外来にはいきません。心底不安になりました。別の病院にすぐかかり、もちろん抗菌薬は必須だと言われ。見合った治療をして頂きました。無駄にお金だけかかりました。口コミ等は書いたことがありませんがあまりにもずさんに感じたため投稿させて頂きます。 2度と行きません。 I don't know if it's in the ward or elsewhere, but I think it's best not to use the emergency outpatient department. 糸	糸井薫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東急大岡山駅の上なので通院に便利です。診察前の検査も1時間待てば検査結果がでますので担当医との診察も余り待たずに出来ます。旗の台に有る昭和医大との取引が強いらしく手術等昭和医大へ廻される事も有ります。皆さんの対応も良く教育されている様です。 It is convenient for going to the hospital because it is on Tokyu Ookayama station. s	sala sola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族が救急相談センターに相談しそこから案内してもらったそうです。電話や受付は丁寧に迅速に対応してくださったそうです。初めてかかりましたが、診察前に看護師さんに今日は何をしてほしいのか、何をすれば満足なのか何が希望なのかと何度も迷惑そうに聞かれました。それは患者側が答えられるものなのでしょうか……。心当たりといえば……精神疾患の病歴を問診票に書くとちゃんと診てもらえない病院なのかなと心配になりました。最終的に診察していただけましたが、今後何かあった時に看護師さんからの印象で本人の気のせいという診断になるのかなと不安です。話題になったコロナのドキュメンタリー番組などで精神疾患の人は普通の医療が受けられないと耳にしていましたが、それが本当なのかもしれないと感じた出来事でした。ずっと東急沿線で育って私の中で東急の印象が良かったこともあり余計に悲しくなってしまいました。 It seems that the family consulted with the emergency consultation center and was guided from there.
