と看護師さんの情報の共有がしっかりしているのか、看護師さんに症状、状態等聞いても的確に説明してくれて、安心して母を預けられて、良かったと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私は２ヶ月毎に体調モニタリングのために通院しています。以前は都心の大きな病院に拘って通院していましたが、先生方は数年毎に変わりますが転勤はやむを得ないものと割り切っています。
確かに本院入院患者は高齢者割合が多いと思いますが、通院顧客は中年層も多いです。子供もいますが少ないので静かです。
医療水準自体に懸念を感じたことはありません。基本に忠実に丁寧な説明や対策提案など、十分に満足できます。大病院に比べて待ち時間も少なく、密でない環境は良い点だと思います。また、医師以外のスタッフに関しても若干のムラはありますが、丁寧でテキパキとしていて好感が持てます。笑顔がある時は尚更です。
病院側にもややもすると悪印象を持たれてしまうので不断の努力を期待します。どの業種でも基本に忠実かつプラスアルファが評価の根源だと思うので頑張って下さい。

しつこくなく、あっさりしすぎずです。
受付、会計(場所、人は同じ)は事務的で、内では楽しくワイワイ、患者にはハイハイ、という印象です。
特に会計時は何をしているんだか、おしゃべりしているならもっと早くできるだろうに、と思います。
ここが改善されるだけでも評価が大分違うと思います。
(カルテ、伝票の手渡しが見受けられるので、もう少しデジタル化が進まないと難しいのかも。)
内ではワイワイの部分の利点なのか、
常連の患者(お年寄り)、家族、看護師、ヘルパーのコミュニケーションは(端から見てると)良さげなのかな？と思います。
お年寄りが多いため、雰囲気が辛気くさいところがあることは否めません。
(私は特段気になっていません。むしろ前述の通り、ほほえましく見させてもらっています。)
私は、
車で買い物ついでに来られる(駐車できる)こと、
待ち時間が比較的短いこと、
(会計後に)院内薬局で待ち時間なく薬をもらえること、

どちらも、受付の方から送迎バスの方まで丁寧に対応して頂き安心して受けられました。
注射後15分の待機時間中に『大丈夫ですか？体調お変わりないですか？』と気にかけても下さいました。
自宅からは遠い為、今後利用することはないと思いますが、親切で優しい病院なのでこれからもコロナに負けずに頑張って頂きたいと心から思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 発熱の症状など出ると必ずこちらで診察してもらっています。古びた雰囲気にはなってきましたが、診察も事務方も丁寧ですし院内薬局があるのが何より便利で、病院疲れしないのがありがたいです。駐車場は小規模ですが、送迎バスで来院される方も多いのか、停められなかったことはありません。
