The measures against infectious diseases are chitin, so you can put it in with confidence. It's a small shop with 3 seats at the counter and several private rooms, but it's a very cozy space. "Motte no Other", which uses the edible chrysanthemum "Motte Kiku", is an adult dish with a crispy texture, a moderate bitterness that you don't dislike, and the aroma of chrysanthemum. There is no loss in dishes such as fried foods, simmered foods, and ohitashi. Especially the horse sashimi and grilled seaperch with salt are excellent. Horse sashimi has no odor, and you can enjoy the tenderness of lean meat, the umami of meat, the elegant sweetness of sashimi fat, and the texture that is a little more chewy than lean meat. The grilled seaperch is beautifully and carefully grilled, and you can eat everything except the head and spine (middle bone). Juicy fat, fluffy flesh, and crispy fins go well with sake and rice. We have a wide range of alcoholic beverages, from draft beer, highball, and shochu to sake and sour. I received the 14th generation and Glory Fuji, both of which were smooth and easy to drink, and I just drank too much. The landlady is a wonderful person, and the people are gentle and the conversation is lively.
