I had a daily set meal at noon. All are delicious, especially the burdock seasoning is exquisite. I will go again.

We serve Yamagata's local cuisine using seasonal ingredients. It was mid-October, so I had Imoni and Akebi stuffed with meat.

An old-fashioned small restaurant with about 10 seats at the counter, lunch is reasonable, and we also take out with corona.

特にお母さんおすすめの牛すじ煮込みは絶品でした！3回以上脂抜きをしてコラーゲンたっぷりのほろほろ肉は今まで食べたことがないくらいの美味さ！
値段別に用意されたコースがあるので頼みやすいです。
ランチが本業みたいなので今度はお昼に伺いたいと思います！家庭的でとても落ち着く場所でした♪
It's very delicious. The taste hasn't changed for more than 50 years.
Especially the stewed beef tendon recommended by my mother was excellent! The collagen-rich bittersweet meat that has been degreased three times or more is as delicious as I have ever eaten!
It is easy to ask because there are courses prepared according to price.
Lunch seems to be my main business, so I would like to visit this time at noon! It was a homely and very calm place ♪
