★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 和菓子も一つ一つ手造りでどら焼きの皮も一枚ずつ手焼きだったり、饅頭も皮、あんこ共に手造りにこだわり手包みで、特に柏餅はぎゅうひのような柔らかいものを使わず餅粉で造ってるので、造ってから６時間以内に食べてくださいとの事。もちもちの食感と自家製の甘すぎない【あんこ】のバランスが絶妙で４月～６月にかけては多くのリピーターが訪れるとの事。基本的には製造～販売と南相馬市の道の駅やセデッテ鹿島にも卸しているようで、配達も全ては店主が一人でやっているそうなので、季節物や大口の注文は前もってのご予約が助かるとの事。

Especially, Kashiwa mochi is made from rice cake powder without using soft things like gyuhi. It is said that you should eat it within 6 hours after making it. The balance between the chewy texture and the homemade bean paste that is not too sweet is exquisite, and many repeaters visit from April to June. Basically, it seems that manufacturing and sales and wholesale to Michi-no-Eki and Sedette Kashima in Minamisoma City, and all delivery is done by the owner alone, so seasonal items and large orders should be ordered in advance. The reservation will be saved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日は所用のため原町より電車で鹿島へ。鹿島駅前の「大岩菓子店」さんで桜餅と黒糖饅頭、生チョコ（ココアパウダー）を購入。
生チョコを家まで我慢できず、鹿島駅のホームでいただき。滑らかでおいしい。
桜餅、饅頭もお家でおいしくいただきました。女将さん？も元気でとても感じがよく気持ち良く買い物が出来ました。
早く、柏餅も食べたいなぁ。
Today I went to Kashima by train from Haramachi because I needed it. I bought Sakuramochi, brown sugar buns, and raw chocolate (cocoa powder) at "Oiwa Confectionery Store" in front of Kashima Station.
I couldn't put up with the raw chocolate to my house, so I had it at the platform of Kashima station. Smooth and delicious.
Sakura mochi and buns were also delicious at home. Landlady? I was fine and very comfortable and I was able to shop comfortably.
I want to eat Kashiwamochi as soon as possible.
