★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 渡辺省亭展で伺いました。作品と鑑賞者の間を隔てるガラスはなく、デリケートな日本画をこのような形で拝見できることに幸せを感じました。
スタッフの方もギャラリー特有の品のある対応で好印象を持ちました。
京橋駅3番出口から道なりに地上にあがってスクエアガーデンの外周をまわるように右手に曲がるとすぐです。建物も美しいです、

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 狭い場所です。入り口には小さな階段があり、二階には細くて急な階段で上ります。でも車イスで来ているかたもいる。人手が多いので上げてもらえるのかも。美術商であろうに小さな美術館になっていて座れる椅子が多いし解説のビデオルームもある。特に今回の小早川秋声は若い鑑賞者が多くて驚く。戦争時の傑作に対するアレルギーは薄れているようだ。戦死者に対して純粋に尊崇の念を持てるようになったということか。京橋なので休めるビルや新しいトイレに困らない。
