★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 場所は施設内で便利だが地下にあるので降りる必要があり若干不便。無料時間が無く100円以上かかる。下りスロープと上り自転車用エスカレーターもあるが降りること自体不便。数分なら広い人通りの少ない西側歩道に駐輪して直ぐ戻ったほうが良い、ママチャリが大量に駐輪されている、こちらに屋外駐輪場を作るべき。

For a few minutes, it is better to park your bicycle on the west sidewalk, which is wide and has few traffic, and return immediately. A large number of bicycles are parked here, and an outdoor bicycle parking lot should be created here.
