★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an individual lesson booked through our hotel however when we went to the ticket counter they said they were fully booked and nothing was available. Even when we showed the email advising of our booking they still advised nothing was available for us.
Upon our return to our hotel it was advised that there was another building to check in for the lesson. The person at the counter could have easily directed us to the other building as she was aware that our hotel had arranged the lesson for us. This has meant that we have missed our lesson due to the incompetence of the staff member at the ticket counter.

Yesterday was my first-time snowboard.
I took a half-day afternoon lesson.
Two instructors were lovely, lots of laughs during practicing which released our nervousness.
I could not control the board and was afraid to slide, but luckily one of the instructors has grown abroad and is fluent in English. He guided me with his expertise and patience. A massive thank you to you and SAJ.
I will definitely recommend this school to my friends.
