野菜の味とニンニクの味わいのあるスープがとても美味しいです。
他にも担々麺のメニューがあり、今度チャレンジしてみたいです。

担々麺、チャーシュートッピング
俗にいう、ゴマクリームの担々麺というより、味噌ラーメンです。只、前回食べたサッポロみそラーメンより、味は好みで、美味しいです。
ほんのわずかピリ辛で、食が進みます。
トッピングのチャーシューもしょっぱめながらスープに合うので、美味しいです。
リピート必須です。

Tannin noodles, char chutping
It is miso ramen rather than carrier noodles of sesame cream. Tsubaki, the taste is more delicious than Sapporo miso ramen I ate last time.
It's only a bit hot and the food goes on.
It's delicious because it fits with the soup while the topping's fried rice is sweetened.
Repeat is required.

初訪だったんですが、茶碗の電話番号からしてみても・・歴史あるお店なんですね・・。
看板には寿司屋と書いてますが・・何故かカツ定食が名物らしいです・・。
田舎で専門店は難しいので、何でもかんでもやらなきゃいけませんからね・・(^_^;)
目立たない場所にあるんですが、他に飲食店が無いということもあるのか、昼時は地元のジサマとバサマたちで賑わってました・・。
確かにカツは想像以上に美味しかったです・・。
It is one of the few restaurants currently in operation in Kariwano, Daisen City, Akita Prefecture, the hometown of my bag and Toshiro Yanagiba (I don't know anything in particular).
It was my first visit, but even if you look at the phone number of the bowl ... it's a historic shop ...
The sign says sushi restaurant, but for some reason the cutlet set meal seems to be a specialty.
Specialty stores are difficult in the countryside, so you have to do anything ... (^_^;)
It's in an inconspicuous place, but maybe there are no other restaurants, so it was crowded with local Grandmothers and Basamas at noon.
Certainly the cutlet was more delicious than I had imagined ...
