★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 県道33号線沿いにで2階建のビルの2階にある居酒屋さんで鳥料理が美味しい居酒屋さん。鳥料理以外にもメニューは多くあってどれも美味しいです。この日は、マスター手作りのラッキョと親鶏のタタキとおすすめメニューの鳥と魚刺身の3種盛りとベーコンステーキそれからクリームチーズの生ハム巻きを食べましたがどれもハズレなし！またドリンクメニューも豊富でビールに日本酒、酎ハイとグラスワインをいただきました。日本酒は升に入れてくれます。それから、食べ放題、飲み放題もあります、良心的な値段で間違いなく満足できます。お店のスタッフとマスターがとても感じが良いのも高評価です。おすすめです。

冷凍は一切せず、新鮮な鳥を使われているそうで、名物の骨付鳥は「親鳥」と「若鳥」から選べるスタイル。
店長さんの説明では、研究を重ねに重ねたお店独自の焼き方・味付けとの事です。
今回は「親鳥」を頂きましたが、香ばしくとても絶品でした^_^
特に人気のメニューは、手羽ニンニクと若ももタタキと記載があったので、こちらもオーダー。
ニンニク醤油の絶妙な味付けは、リピーターも多いのがうなずけます^ - ^
若鳥を使った若ももタタキも身がプリプリで、柚子胡椒、塩、ポン酢の3種類の味が楽しめるメニューでした。
他にも「おと姫の茶碗蒸し」もオーダーしましたが、優しい味付けで、下に行けば行くほど味が深まる手の込んだ料理で、美味しくいただきました。
最後にオーダーした珍しい一品、お芋と生チーズケーキ＋バニラアイス。
濃厚なチーズケーキと芋のバランスが最高で、初めて食べたデザートで美味しかったです^ ^
最近では、香川県の観光で人気のレオマワールドや四国水族館の帰りに寄られるお客様も多いようで、週末は特に予約している方が良いみたいです。
お店の雰囲気も良いですが、お店のスタッフさんの接客も良かったのが印象的でした。
