夏場に無理を言って焼きフグを用意
してもらい、要望を叶えて頂きました。
初の焼きフグでしたが
プリップリッの身と旨みが凄い。
てっさでは味わえない旨みが凄い。
焼き目をつけることで
香ばしさもあるので、個人的な意見に
なるのですが、僕は焼きフグが
凄くいいと思います。
他には時期的にハモ湯引きと
岩カキを頂きました。
どれも旨かったです。
