★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 忘年会で1階を貸しきって利用しました！モツ鍋とチリトリ鍋の二種類、食べました。モツ美味しかった～そして、お店の名前の通り、柔らかかったです。コースの一品料理も沢山ついていて、ガッツリ食べられました。飲み放題でしたが、ドリンクを持ってきて頂くスピードも早い！グラス交換制のお店って持ってくるのが遅いイメージありましたが、ここは違いました(笑)〆のラーメンが太麺でスープとよくからみ、最後まで美味しく頂けました！ただ、モツ焼きがちょっと臭かったかも…
 We lent the first floor at the year-end party and used it! I ate two types of motu pot and chili bird pot. Motsu was delicious ~ And as the name of the shop was, it was soft. There were a lot of dishes on the course, and I ate it. It was all-you-can-drink, but the speed of getting a drink was fast! There was an image that it was late to bring a glass exchange shop, but here it was different (laugh) 〆 ramen was thick noodles and soup, and it was delicious until the end! However, the motsuyaki might have smelled a little ...

ハラミ最高！
Bコースで1600円でした。
ソフトドリンクも200円で良心的。
Yakiniku lunch is cheap and delicious!
I wanted to eat skirt steak, so I chose B course!
Harami is the best!
It was 1600 yen for the B course.
Soft drinks are also conscientious for 200 yen.

English menu available. The staffs are very polite. Highly recommended!

Smoking and non smoking section are not real y separated - be aware if that's a deal breaker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food tasted pretty good. The beef was especially good. I found most places in Osaka have good quality beef.
However, the service quality was quite poor. The poor service was definitely noticeable after experiencing great service everywhere else in Osaka. All the staff were rude (tossing cutlery onto the table, no formal greetings when entering, dead facial expressions, etc), and the place was quite dirty. A previous review I read from a Korean customer, who got poor service as well, thought the staff were racist against Koreans, but I think they're just rude in general. They were rude to me and I'm not Korean and also saw them rude toward Japanese people too.
This place was just a bit off from the main Dotonbori strip, but still in the tourist area so it was surprising to see this. It kind of ruined the experience for my wife and me.
Still worth a try though if you don't care about the service. They have menus in English, Korean, and Chinese and the staff have a basic understanding of English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonably priced sukiyaki. Totally meets its value, no waiting and not too much tourists. Nice place to experience an ordinary Japanese sukiyaki. It will make a great way to wrap up your day with a warm dinner, even better with sake!
