老舗巡り第506弾 1906年創業の老舗中華料理屋さん シャンラローペン定食1000円を注文。 もやしと豆腐そば?の上にピリ辛の豚肉を揚げたものが乗った一品。 本場中華の味付けで美味しい。 日本風にしてないところがまた良い。 他のものも食べたくなる味付け。 昔から愛されてるのも頷ける。
The 506th long-established tour, a long-established Chinese restaurant founded in 1906 I ordered a Shanla low pen set meal of 1000 yen. Bean sprouts and tofu soba? A dish with fried spicy pork on top. It is delicious with authentic Chinese seasoning. It's also good that it's not Japanese style. Seasoning that makes you want to eat other things as well. 創業明治39年 昭和8年に完成した冷やし中華は元祖と言われる老舗 揚子江菜館@神保町さんです。神保町の食の通りに位置するこのお店、近くにはカレー「カヴィアル」喫茶店「さぼうる」ホットケーキ「TAMTAM」町中華「三幸園」等々名店目白押しの一角、ビル一棟すべてこのお店でしょうか。2階以降の設計は分かりかねます。ランチは空席であればまず1階に通されます。お客様は値段的に中間層から年配の方が多いのでしょうか。年配の外国の男女の店員さん接客は丁寧です。正式名称五色涼拌麺(ごしょくりゃんばんめん・ごもくひやしめん)1540円と焼き餃子640円をいただきました。ちなみに文豪 池波正太郎他著名人もこのお店をひいきにしており、池波氏の定番は上海炒麺(柔)だそうです。しかしメニューが多いですね。連れと二人で毎日注文しても1ヶ月ぐらいらいメニュー制覇はかかりそうです。それほど待たずに到着。冷やし中華ですが、常温です。一年中食べることを見越してでしょうか。錦糸玉子に味付たけのこ、糸寒天、キュウリ、(八角の味がする)チャーシューなど色鮮やか。玉子の下にはウズラや肉団子も隠れています。麺は博多ばりの細麺、なかなか量もあります。タレは酸味は強くない一般受けするような醤油ダレでしょうか。むしろお酢を回しかけたくなりますね。完成された逸品だと思います。餃子は皮が厚くよく焼き、肉がギュッと、ショウガの効いた完成された餃子、美味です。メニューを制覇しに何度も伺いたいところですが、冷やし中華を含め如何せんCPがセレブ向けなのでしょっちゅうは難しいですね。人気メニューが店頭に貼られていましたので、その辺からでしょうか。ごちそうさまでした

神保町に用事があり、 おすすめグルメを調べたところ 人気なようで伺いました。 平日のお昼どきを過ぎたくらいの時間でしたが 常連さんらしき方がチラホラいました❗️ 中華料理の老舗感満載で お客さんもスタッフの方も年齢層高め! 1人で行きました。2階に通してもらい スタッフの女性におすすめを聞きました⭐️ 麺で辛いのが食べれるなら〜と 辛い麺をすすめてもらいましたが 初回なので冷やし中華か焼きそばで迷い、 結局は"五目焼きそば(柔かい)"にしました? スタッフさんが言うように薄めの味付け。 少し物足りないので置いてある調味料を足せば変わるかもですが わからないのでそのまま? ランチタイムはサービスで ・しゅうまい ・杏仁豆腐 のどちらかが付いてきます。 しゅうまいをチョイス!若干固かった? また行くならば 冷やし中華が食べたいです。
