★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皆さん評価高かったので行ってみましたが…焼き鳥、つくねはタレも塩も味濃くて辛すぎました。濃い味が好きな人は良いのかもしれませんが、塩分気にしてる人(私は気にしてないですが)は食べれたもんじゃないかもしれませんのでご注意を。
Everyone was highly evaluated, so I went there ... Yakitori and Tsukune had too much sauce and salt and were too spicy. People who like strong taste may be good, but those who care about salt (I don't care) may not have eaten it, so be careful.

上山田温泉に来た時には必ず寄っています。
皆さんが言うように、つくねもとても美味しいですが、私のお薦めは「チーズせんべい」と「あいだ」です。
「チーズせんべい」はチーズの塩加減が絶妙で、私は七味唐辛子を掛けて戴きます。
「あいだ」は、「ハツもと」「心残り」「つなぎ」など、色々な呼び方がありますが、心臓(ハツ)と肝臓(レバー)の間の部分です。タレで戴くととても美味しいです。内臓系(シロとか)がお好きの方には特にお薦めです。他店でも偶に置いているお店はありますが、なかなか美味しい「あいだ＝ハツもと」には巡り会えません。
あと、「かちわりワイン」も料理に合って、最近は専ら「かちわりワイン」です。

Whenever I come to Kamiyamada Onsen, I always drop by.
As everyone says, Tsukune is very delicious, but my recommendations are "Cheese senbei" and "Aida".
"Cheese senbei" is exquisite in saltiness of cheese, and I will be served with Nanami pepper.
There are various names such as “heart”, “remaining heart”, and “connecting”, but it is the part between the heart (heart) and the liver (lever). It's very delicious when served with sauce. Especially recommended for those who like the internal organs (white, etc.). There are some shops that I have left by accident, but I can't meet the delicious "Aida = Hatsumoto".
Also, "Kachiri-wine" goes well with food, and recently it is "Kachiri-wine" exclusively.
