高	高梨たびにっき【旅行情報サイト】 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔ながらの雰囲気のおやき屋さん&軽中華です。メニューはおやき4種と中華そば、シュウマイ、餃子のみの硬派なスタイル。餃子はニンニクがしっかり効いた力強い味。しかし味は濃くなく、ちょうど良い味わいです。おやきは薄皮なのにもっちりで、この長野ツーリングで回った3店で1番おいしいものでした。回転焼き(または今川焼き)と比較して小ぶり&薄皮。なのにもっちりで食べやすく美味しい。この餡子おやきは大阪に進出して欲しいです。 It is an old-fashioned oyaki restaurant and light Chinese food. The menu is a hard-line style with only 4 kinds of oyaki, Chinese noodles, shumai, and dumplings. Gyoza has a strong taste with garlic. However, the taste is not strong and it is just right. The oyaki was thin-skinned, but it was the most delicious of the three shops I visited during this Nagano touring. Smaller and thinner skin compared to rotary grilled (or Imagawayaki). However, it is chewy, easy to eat and delicious. I want this bean paste oyaki to advance to Osaka.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of putting "oyaki" on the front and hardening the armpits with only Chinese noodles, shumai, and dumplings. It was my first experience to make "Oyaki" a friend of beer, but this is quite good. However, something is different from the "oyaki" that I knew so far, but it doesn't matter if it tastes good.

I had my first oyaki dumpling(premade frozen) earlier today near a touristy area. It was good. But here it's even better... I feel comfortable and at home.
