wineの紹介、説明はもちろんコース料理の産地や味付けの様子など細かに説明を戴き、お店の姿勢が伺える一時でした。心温まる会話や雰囲気と共に贅沢な時間とお料理を戴きました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オーセンティックな室内とは裏腹にフレンドリーな接客が印象的です。サーブの際に食材の説明を添えて頂きましたが食材そのものよりは調理法か添え物とのバランスが好印象でした。メインのインパクトや皿盛りはやや控えめ。道路からのアクセスも初見にはややわかりにくかったかな？裏手からスタッフの会話が聞こえてくる点を社内が中良いと取るかラフと受けるかは人次第。なにしろ室内がオーセンティックテイストなのでカチッとした印象とのギャップと感じてしまうと引っかかるかも。四つ星ですが3.5というところが正直な感想です。

After all, the interior has an authentic taste, so if you feel that there is a gap with the clicked impression, you may get caught. Although it is a four-star, 3.5 is an honest impression.

何度も通いたくなります。コースでいただきました。パンはおかわりができます。
We cook the local ingredients to the maximum extent delicious, and there is no doubt what you eat. You can see that each one is really carefully made. And the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is wonderful.
