土曜に引き取りに行くと仕上がっておらず。
遅れるだけならまだしも、連絡もなく遅れたことに店側は全く悪びれる様子もない。
店まで行く労力と時間を無駄にした。
もう二度と利用しない。
 I sent my coat out for cleaning on Monday and was told that it would be finished at 18:00 on Friday,
When I went to pick it up on Saturday, it wasn't finished.
If it's just late, the store doesn't seem to be afraid of being late without contact.
I wasted the effort and time to get to the store.
I will never use it again.
