The broth is surprisingly un-heavy and yet flavorful. Definitely on my rotation of ramen. They have tsukemen and aburasoba as well. Cheap and good. Worth a detour to find it.

And the beautiful clear beef broth tastes like a beef consommé with the thinnest layer of beef fat to coat your noodles as you slurp it. The pork is nice and tender but not fantastic. Overall, for 650¥ for the noodles, 150¥ for the egg, it was a steal. Great value for money! One of the better beef stock ramens I’ve had!

Very busy at lunch during a weekday. Ramen was so delicious and cheaply priced for both the area and Tokyo in general.

The original ramen broth is light and tasty. Even my non-noodle friend found it delicious. Crowded during lunch hour. While you are there don't forget to buy their instant bowl noodle to take home. They are very good as well.
J	Jay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Real nice. I have never tried Gyu-Kotsu before. It was a really unexpected flavour. Its very mild and clean but at the same time has rich deep flavour. I really liked it. Maybe I would like to trya few other menus as well, and my star might become 5 haha Oh, also I almost forgot. Theres Kimchi!!!!!
