つゆが高遠と鴨肉のつゆが付きますが個人的には鴨肉のつゆが美味しいと思います。
天ぷらは普通です。

The soup comes with Takato and duck meat soup, but I personally think that the duck meat soup is delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天ぷらそば(冷)を夫婦2人で注文しました。海老が２本ほか定番野菜が充分入っていました。蕎麦は通常食べる物より細め、コシも良し、値段も良かったけど高いと感じず満足する天ぷら蕎麦でした。
Two couples ordered tempura soba (cold). It contained 2 shrimp and other standard vegetables. The soba was thinner than what I usually eat, it was chewy, and the price was good, but I didn't feel it was expensive and I was satisfied with the tempura soba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ セットものを頼んでいる人が多かったですが、ここはシンプルなざる蕎麦で勝負。
蕎麦は香りが良く、コシも強い。
そのまま手繰っても充分美味しいので、そばつゆではなく、日本酒にくぐらせてみましたが、これがまた美味い！
各クチコミサイトで高評価なのも納得。
会津はそばどころでもあるんですね。
そこそこ高級店なのか？従業員さんの立ち振る舞いもどこか優雅で余裕がありました。
蕎麦茶と蕎麦味噌のサービスも嬉しかった。
本当に隙がない。
関東に支店を出しても絶対に流行ると思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会津若松の鶴ヶ城を観光した際に昼食で利用しました。お店は東側駐車場から県立博物館方向に歩いてすぐの所にあります。
値段は少しお高いですが、出汁の味がとても美味しくて、全部飲み干しちゃいました。(*^◯^*)
ただ、一つ苦言を呈すとすれば、喫煙所の場所が出入り口に近すぎることです。喫煙所の煙が店に人が出入りするたびに入り込んでしまい、非常に不快でした。
お料理はとても美味しいので、そこを改善してただければ、☆5評価に値するので、何とかしてもらいたいものです。
I used it for lunch when I visited Tsuruga Castle in Aizuwakamatsu. The shop is just a short walk from the eastern parking lot towards the Prefectural Museum.
The price is a little high, but the taste of the soup stock is so delicious that I drank it all. (* ^ ◯ ^ *)
However, one complaint is that the smoking area is too close to the doorway. It was very unpleasant because the smoke from the smoking area got in every time people went in and out of the store.
The food is very delicious, so if you want to improve it, it deserves a ☆ 5 rating, so I'd like you to do something about it.
