正直に言えば蕎麦は私好みの味ではないです。
十割だと思えないせめて９割あれば美味しいと感じるけど…

蕎麦も天ぷらも美味しかったです。落ち着いたスペースに案内され、会話も弾んで、楽しい時間を過ごせました。
昔、感動した、南会津産の蕎麦にこだわった蕎麦がメニューに無かったが残念でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ そば処福島県。中でも会津若松市は蕎麦の名店が揃う町。ネットで調べて初めて訪れた蕎麦店和田。日曜の12時、予想通り入店まで並び、40分ほど待ってようやくテーブルに。オーダーしてからもさらに待つこと20分以上。しかし、蕎麦のおいしさはハンパなく、大盛りを頼んでいてよかった～と大満足。一緒に頼んだ天ぷら盛り、煮込みソースかつ丼も◎。ざるそばの大盛りは400円増しと高めに感じるが、小ぶりの天ぷらが付く。待っても食べる価値は十分の蕎麦店。ごちそうさまでした❗

飯盛山や武家屋敷等観光地の直ぐそばで大変込み合ってました。
お蕎麦も大変美味しかったです。

とにかく蕎麦が美味しかった。蕎麦の香りとコシもあり、つゆはアッサリめ。イカゲソ揚げのセットでしたがこれもまた美味かった。サクサクと香ばしい衣でイカはやわらかい。最後に揚げ蕎麦饅頭を追加でオーダー。中にはつぶあんが入っていてモチモチしてとても美味しかったです。これだけ10個詰め合わせで買いたいぐらいでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日12時直前予定の蕎麦屋が入れず、近くにあったこちらの蕎麦屋さんに入りました。
入ったときはすいてました。奥の広い椅子の席に通されてゆっくりできました。
そばは食べたかった高遠そばがなくて、鴨ざるそばを注文（1320円）。ふだん鴨そばなど食べないため直感的な感想ですがしょっぱくて肉があまりなかった。そば自体はなかなかおいしかった。別のそばにすればよかった。が感想。ジュースも品切れで、お品書き見てもない場合があるので注意してください。
