ら	らら on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当に絶品でした。最初は３巻だけで￥1000は高いかなと思いましたけど、実際食べてみたら、その以上の価値は有ります！！！飛騨牛は勿論柔らかくて旨味が凝縮されてますけど、焼肉屋では味わえないような絶妙な味わいです。１巻目の塩加減、２巻目の生姜バランス、３巻目のトロとしたたまごのまろやかさは全部完璧でした。 It was really exquisite. D	Duckbutcher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hida beef sushi. It’s good, but a bit pricey. You queue at a hole in the wall, they make it in front of you and you sit down in a room provided and munch. Not bad! I think this whole town is kind of high on the smell of its own beef, as I don’t quite think it’s worth the price they’re asking but it’s not bad as a novelty.
