★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内きれいです。駐車場多めに取ってあります。トイレもきれいです。タッチパネルで注文します。タッチパネルの右上に時間が出ているのであと何分まで頼めると確認できるのでいいです。しゃぶしゃぶの鍋を温めて持ってきてくれると…嬉しいなと。すぐ温まるんですけどね…。サワーがソフトドリンクのグラスと同じぐらいなので飲む人からしたらちょっと足りないと思う。ビールかハイボールならジョッキサイズでした。終わり時間10分前になるとタッチパネルがかわいい音でお知らせしてくれます。提供も比較的早いと思います。2回目行ったときは床の汚れがすごくて気分が萎えました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋の季節しゃぶしゃぶ食べ放題コースを楽しみました。他のお店はコロナ禍で、ビニール手袋をしてサラダなどを取りに行かなければならなかったりしますが、ゆず庵はすべて店員さんが運んできてくれるので、落ち着いて食事をとることができます。お肉だけではなく、寿司や揚げ物もあります。デザートも少し小さめですが、美味しかったですよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お友達に聞き予約して、行きましたが、メニューも豊富で飽きません(*^^*)娘が車イスですが、予約の時にその様な席に案内してもらい、良かったです。娘も大好きでまた、行こうと言っています。ロボットが運んで、来るので、小さい子どもには、オススメです。

予約が無いと19:30と当たり前といった顔で
2人のバイト女子に上から目線で追い返されるように断られました。
知っていれば予約なり他店なり考えますよ。
なんの情報も無い私たちにあんな態度はないと思います。
黙っていてもお客様が来ると思う姿勢は店長の方針でしょうか？
今まで他店でも予約をおすすめする場面はありましたがこんな扱いは初めてでびっくりです。
ちなみに私は同業者では無いただの一般人です。

諦めて少し車を走らせてしゃぶ葉に行ったらスムーズに案内されリーズナブルな価格で食べることが出来ました。
ゆず庵は対応悪いので、しゃぶ葉をおすすめします。
