★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 赤ちゃん連れて入ってもいいですか？と聞くと「お客さまがいいならいいんじゃないですか？」との返答。小上がりが無かったので、ベビーカーを下ろして家族で入店しようとすると、「ベビーカーは危険なのでお断りしてます」とのこと。そうですね、私が聞き方を間違えました。ベビーカーで入っていいですか？って聞けばよかったんですね。星１つも付けたくない。子供連れじゃなくたって、二度と来ません。

ん～、かえしもダシも一番清華軒には程遠い味…
オリジナルアレンジ入れ過ぎなのか…それとも単純に近づける技術がないのか…
暖簾分け店で清華軒の味を再現出来てる順に言うと…1恵比寿2八3この店ですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 清華軒とよく似た優しい美味しさ
王道の手打ち麺の醤油ラーメンが万人に愛されているんだけど、間違って普通の醤油ラーメンを注文しちゃいました。
その数分後に手打ち麺に変えて欲しいとお願いしたら既に機械製麺のラーメンが完成していました。
店内はほぼ満席にもかかわらず仕事が早過ぎる(笑)
次回は間違わずに手打ち麺を注文したいと思います。
追記
どうしても手打ち麺が食べたくて早速行ってきました。機械製麺とはまるで違う食感
最高です。
Gentle taste similar to Seikaken
Everyone loves the royal road handmade noodle soy sauce ramen, but I ordered a normal soy sauce ramen by mistake.
A few minutes later, I asked if I wanted to switch to hand-made noodles, and the ramen made of machine-made noodles had already been completed.
Work is too early despite the shop being almost full (laughs)
Next time I would like to order handmade noodles without mistake.
Postscript
I wanted to eat handmade noodles and went there immediately. Texture different from machine-made noodles
it's the best.

I ordered handmade noodles for an additional 110 yen, but it looks like udon and is not so expensive. Authentic ramen is more delicious.
