2019年でこれからオリンピック開催もあるのに障害者への認識も中途半端で、障害者用駐車場の把握すら出来ていない。
とどのつまりは、そこらへんのコインパーキングを自分で探して。って…。
大丈夫ですか？笑
社会福祉なんていいながら配慮もできないならないも同然ですよ。
目黒区の障害者配慮はダメダメなんですね。
これからの高齢化とバリアフリーの世の中で障害者配慮できない区とか最低ですね。

In the future aging and barrier-free world, it is the ward where the disabled can not be considered or the lowest.
