此方は知識もあまり無いので何が必要なのかを知りたいだけなのにバカにしたような口調での返答。
以前確認した必要書類が実は要らなかったみたいで、こちらはお金払って書類集めたんですけど〜と言うと詳しい説明もなく、私のことを、は？何言ってんですか？って小馬鹿にする言い方をされました。
責任者の方は思いあたる局員さんのキチンとした指導をお願いします。
とても不愉快だったので、実際行った時に窓口の女性に事のあらましをお伝えした所、理解ある方で、その男性は人としてあり得ない対応だと同意し、何故最初に要らない書類を必要だと言ったのか、今回はたまたまイレギュラーな書類だったので要らなかったけど、本来は必要だと、キチンとした説明をして頂けました。
さらに男性職員の無礼を謝罪して頂けました。
女性の良い対応のおかげで星は2です。

He also apologized for the disrespect of the male staff.
