利用者の意識を押しのけて、スタッフさんの考えや都合を押し通す状況が何度もありました。
精神疾患を勉強しただけで理解した気になっている方が多い印象を受けてます。
病状にも悪影響がありましたので、こちらの施設を選んだのは間違った選択でした。
 The quality of the staff is poor.

I get the impression that many people feel that they have understood just by studying mental illness.
It was a wrong choice to choose this facility as it had a negative effect on my condition.
