★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ケーブルテレビで紹介されていました。きちんと丁寧に仕事されていることを知って、行ってみたいと嫁と話していました。ようやく本日訪れる事ができました。入口にハンド除菌があり、手をスリスリしてから内扉を開け店内へ カウンターにお一人女性の方がお食事中でした。我々は左折してテーブル席へ、メニューからは選びきれず、半分妥協の「中かそば 大」嫁はセットを選ぶかと思いきや「中かそば 普通」と言うので注文し待つ事10分弱で着丼でした。思った以上に待ちましたが、綺麗な「中かそば」に期待が膨らみます。まずはレンゲでスープを一口 煮干の香りが強めにきますがスープはなんの味とか言えない渾然一体となってまろやかで美味い 若干かえしが弱いかな？とも思いましたが、脂が浮いているので薄く感じるのだと思いました。麺は細く縮れ若干柔らかですがツルツル喉越し良く張りの有る黒中華麺で、熟成されてる事がわかりました。シャキシャキなメンマも邪魔せず丁度良い塩味です。チャーシューもバランスが良い 全体的にまとまった優しい中華そばでした。嫁も美味いと連発 また訪れたいと言っていました。安定した味に安心して食べられる特別感は無くてもこれで良いと満足する味でした。

スープは油浮きが少しあり、一口目はコクのある感じですが、
食べ進めるにしたがって程よい煮干し感も感じられとても美味しいスープでした。
麵もかなり細目で量も結構な量があるので、いきなり大盛りにしなくて正解でした。
セットメニューのチャーハンもしっかり味付けされており、具材も沢山入っており食べ応えのあるチャーハンでした。
ただ平皿に出てくるので、ちょっと食べにくかったです。
米沢ラーメンを食べるならおススメのお店です。
