 Good from home. Store reception was also polite. Shop making was distinctive. I tried Aqua Crossover. It was good.

キッズスペースやドリンクなど設備も充実していて、居心地がいい。
ただ、営業さんの態度が残念…。フランクに接しているつもりなのでしょうか？失礼な態度としか思えませんでした。
They are willing to accept the repair of cars purchased at other stores and the service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、試乗に行かせていただきました。スタッフは丁寧で親切。担当さんとのメールのやり取りもスムーズ。全てがテンポ良く進み、気持ち良いくらいです。オプションとかも一生懸命説明してくれました。0歳の娘がグズってしまいましたが、皆さん優しかったです。ありがとうございました。
The other day, I went for a test drive. The staff are polite and helpful. E-mail exchange with the person in charge is also smooth. Everything goes at a good tempo and it feels good. He explained the options very hard. My 0-year-old daughter got sick, but everyone was kind. Thank you very much.

店内は広く、清潔感もあります。
以前は充実したキッズスペースがありましたが、コロナの影響で今はなくなっています。
先日伺った際、他の顧客(成人男性)が飲み物を飲んでいる時でもないのに終始マスクを外していて、途中マスクなしでしゃべったりしていたのが気になりました。サービスでドリンクを提供されるので、飲んでいる間外すのはわかりますが、その他の時は会話をするのであればマスクをして欲しいです。
この辺り、お店側でどうこうできることでは無いのかもしれないですが、なんだかずっとモヤモヤした気持ちになりました。
スタッフの方は女性スタッフの方たちはとても感じよく対応してくださいます。
営業の男性スタッフの方たちは、多少思うところはありますがまぁそれなりに感じよく対応してくださるといった印象です。

The inside of the store is large and clean.
There used to be a lot of kids' space, but now it's gone due to the influence of Corona.
When I visited the other day, I was worried that another customer (adult man) was always taking off his mask even though he wasn't drinking, and he was talking without a mask on the way. The service provides drinks, so I know I'll take them off while I'm drinking, but at other times I'd like you to wear a mask if you're having a conversation.
It may not be possible for the shop to do this around here, but it made me feel uncomfortable for a long time.
As for the staff, the female staff are very comfortable.
The male sales staff have some thoughts, but I have the impression that they respond comfortably.

We ask for all vehicle inspections and regular inspections. All the staff at the shop are kind and comfortable! It's great to be kind to the children ? Please spend time waiting for the inspection with drinks and sweets service & TV or reading.
