駐車場探しやその他助成金関連など、購入する際に買うだけではなく、そのあとのケアも含めて、自宅から近い事もあり、全面的にサポートするという内容で目黒碑文谷店で購入しました。
が、担当スタッフレベルは本当に酷いです。
駐車場探しはこちらから連絡しないと一向に返信がないわ、やり取りはショートメールでしかこないわ、で今後の付き合いも含めて別の販売店に変える事も検討しています。
本当にアフターケア含めて、スタッフレベルは良くないです。
I bought the new MIRAI here.
I bought it at Meguro Himonya store with the content that it is close to my home, not only when I buy it when I buy it, such as parking lot search and other subsidy related things, but also because it is close to my home.
However, the staff level in charge is really terrible.
If you don't contact us to find a parking lot, you won't get a reply at all, and you can only exchange by short mail, so we are considering changing to another store, including future relationships.
The staff level is not really good, including aftercare.

They went out of their way, brought their own driver to drive the car/without any extra charge, Excellent service!!
