ちょつと前から無料の喫茶店のような形態になった。お代わりが頼みにくくなった。

本当に酷い接客でした。系列店で買った車のメンテを頼んだのが気に食わなかったのかもしれませんが、修理に数日かかるのにウチでは代車は一切やっておりませんと即答。確かに中古車の保証期間内で修理費は無料だったのがお気に召さなかったのかな?また、車が戻ってきたときはドアの側面に思い切りドロ跳ねが付いた状態で戻ってきました。預ける前にはそんなものはなし。目先の金ばかりを追い求めると客は離れていきますよ。

この店は他店で中古で買ったトヨタ車に対しての扱いが酷いですよ。予約して訪問するも出迎えが無愛想、出会い頭に「認定中古車ですか?」と聞かれ違うと答えると明らかに態度が悪くなり、営業担当は名乗りもせず名刺も渡さず、車検見積もりは盛り盛りの28万円(オートバックス9万円)、しかも中古で買ったから税金が一部安いはずなのに間違えて高い税金のまま見積もりが出てくる、1時間で終わると言われて店内で待つも2時間近く待たされその間何の連絡も無しで謝罪も無し。あと店内に犬連れてる人がいて犬が床にオシッコしてたが、特に対処無し。他店のトヨタディーラーと比べても、最悪なディーラーでした。

I was kept waiting and there was no contact and no apology during that time. Also, there was a person with a dog in the store and the dog was peeing on the floor, but there was no particular action. It was the worst dealer compared to other Toyota dealers.

キャンピングカーのベースがカムロードなので、見てもらいにまいりました。カローラ調布店は、トラック重量のジャッキが無く見てもらえませんでしたが、ココは、即対応確認していただき、感じも良く、どんな車を買っても持ち込んでも頼り甲斐があります。

少し手直しすれば治るものを、問答言わせずに高圧的に部品交換を迫る整備士・営業にはうんざり。車検が通らない。と言われたことから心配になり、別のトヨタ店で見てもらったところ修理・調整で安価に対応することができました。車検などで持ち込むとあちこち交換の見積もりが出されて、大変なことになりますよ。
I'm tired of mechanics and sales people who are forced to replace parts with high pressure without asking and answering what can be cured with a little modification. The car inspection does not pass. I was worried because I was told that, and when I saw it at another Toyota store, I was able to repair and adjust it at a low cost. If you bring it in at a car inspection etc., you will get a quote for replacement here and there, and it will be difficult.
