スタッフの皆さん丁寧な中で、特にカウンターにいらした女性がマニュアル化された対応でなく、二言三言の会話が自然でユーモアが有りすごく良い印象を受けました。
15年経過の中古のファミリーカーを、3人揃って見送られた時はちょっと気恥ずかしかったのですが。。。
