e	eri shige on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【パン以上ケーキ未満の正体とは…？】 "パン以上、ケーキ未満。"という、パン好きとスイーツ好きの両者にストレートに訴求する巧みなキャッチコピーにまんまと釣られ、以前から気になっていた食パン専門店。初めて見かけた町田店はいつ見ても行列か完売、その後新百合ヶ丘店がオープンしたことを知り訪ねるもやはり完売…。今回ダメ元で午前11時半頃に覗いてみたところ、列もなく販売していたのでついに買ってみることに！ 1番人気＆スタンダードな"ゆめちからもちもち生食パン"（2斤999円）のほか、レーズン、チーズ、全粒粉、あんこなど、ラインナップは食パン専門店にしては豊富。個人的な好みで"いちじくくるみレーズン"（1本＝1斤分ほど？999円）を購入しました。自宅用にはもったいないくらいしっかり包装されています。生地はとにかく、しっとりもっちもち！そこにいちじくのプチプチ感も加わり、食感が楽しい！ただ、味はいたってシンプルなのと、街のパン屋さんでもゆめちからを使用したもちもち食パンを食べたことがあったので、期待していたほどのインパクトはなかったかなというのが正直なところ。また、キャッチコピーからはケーキのような甘〜いパンを想像してしまいますが、そうではなく作り手の思いを込めた言葉だそうで、ケーキ感を求めて買うとイメージと違ってしまうかもしれません笑。ちなみに、お店の方に聞いたらいつもだいたい13時半頃には完売してしまうとのことでしたので、確実に購入するには午前中に行くのが良さそうです。（eri） What is the identity of bread or more and less than cake? ] A bread specialty store that has been anxious for a long time because it was caught by a skillful catch phrase that appeals straight to both bread lovers and sweets lovers, "more than bread, less than cake."
