★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 立佞武多の館のすぐ近くにある老舗の蕎麦屋。
蕎麦がメインなのだが、実はここで蕎麦を食べたことがない。必ず、天中華を食べている。
中華そばと、天ぷら（かき揚げ）という組み合わせ。これが意外なほどにマッチしている。
スープは透き通るほどのあっさりスープ。そのスープに天ぷらの油っぽさが合うのだ。
エビじゃなくて、ホタテというのも、青森らしくていい。
店内では、蕎麦を注文している人もいるので、美味いのだろう。いつか食べてみたいと思うのだが、天中華の美味しさを知っているだけに、なかなか浮気する気になれない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天中華そば800円をいただきました。細麺あっさり醤油で美味しかったです。ホタテかき揚げはどこをかじってもホタテが口に入ってくるほど具沢山でした。
ちなみに駐車場はありません。みなさん路駐しているみたいでした。
I received 800 yen for Chinese noodles. The thin noodles were light and delicious with soy sauce. The scallops were so rich that the scallops came into my mouth no matter where I grabbed them.
By the way, there is no parking lot. Everyone seemed to be stationed on the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小説「津軽百年食堂」のモデルになったお店の1つ、素朴で懐かしさを感じるとてもあっさりしたスープにゴロゴロと身がしっかりしたホタテのかき揚げが乗っていて、しつこくない、丁度良いスープになってます。これからも長く続いて欲しいです。
