★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お蕎麦とかき揚げのセットを戴きました。お蕎麦はコシもあり水で頂いた蕎麦も美味しかったです。かき揚げはご覧の通りやや揚げ過ぎの感があり少し残念と言ったところでしょうか。味は良でした。また行こうと思います。
 I got a set of soba and kakiage. The noodles were stiff and the noodles we got with water were delicious. As you can see, the kakiage was a bit disappointing because it was a little too deep. The taste was good. I will go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当店名物、開店以来の人気の大海老との大海老天ざる（1,520円）と、青森県産五穀味鶏蕎麦屋の鶏天（680円）をいただきました。蕎麦は挽きぐるみのそば粉と粗挽きそば粉をブレンドし、深層天然水を使用したこだわりの自家製麺とのことです。茶碗蒸し、お新香つきでした。鶏天はときわにんにく入りの醤油だれに漬け込んだ鶏肉をそば粉入りの衣で揚げた、蕎麦屋ならではの鶏天とのことです。おろしポン酢（定番のさっぱり味）、山椒風味の醤油だれ（甘辛天丼風たれ）、ネギソース（たっぷりネギの甘酸っぱい味）の各特製オリジナルソースのいずれかを選択します。平日のランチタイムに伺いましたが店内は満席に近い状態でした。
〈再訪〉宴会で利用させていただきました。料理も美味しく盛りだくさんで大満足させていただきました。
We had our special dish, the famous shrimp tempura (1,520 yen) with the popular shrimp since the opening, and the chicken tempura (680 yen) from Aomori Prefecture. Soba is a homemade noodle made from deep natural water, blended with ground buckwheat flour and coarsely ground buckwheat flour. It was chawanmushi and with fresh incense. Chicken tempura is chicken noodles unique to soba noodles, which are fried in soba sauce and chicken soaked in soy sauce with tokiwa garlic. Choose one of the original sauces of grated ponzu (a classic refreshing taste), soy sauce with yam flavor (sweet and spicy tempura sauce), and leek sauce (sweet and sour flavor of plenty of leek). I visited at lunchtime on weekdays, but the shop was almost full.
I used it for a banquet. I was very satisfied with the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチを食べに行きました。このボリュームで1100円です。そばも無料で大中小選べて、ご飯もおかわり無料。お店も落ち着いた雰囲気で、店員さんの対応もいいです。骨董品もたくさん飾ってあり、楽しいお店です。
I went to eat lunch. This volume is 1100 yen. You can choose large, medium and small soba for free, and rice is also free. The shop has a calm atmosphere, and the staff are very friendly. It is a fun shop with lots of antiques.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 藤崎町のバイパス沿にあります。梅沢富美男と大きな字で書いてあります。和風の建物のなかに、板の間や座敷などがあり、大きなテーブルが多数置いてあります。4人がけや6人がけのテーブルがあります。座布団を敷いて床に座るスタイルです。蕎麦だけでなく、トンカツなどのメニューも充実しています。ランチメニューは、リーズナブルな価格設定になっており、1000円前後で食べられます。但し、ボリューム満点のため、あまり多く食べられない人は要注意です。味付けは濃いめだと感じました。料理は手際良く運ばれてきます。

However, since it is full of volume, people who cannot eat too much should be careful. I felt that the seasoning was strong. The food is delivered neatly.
